1, Handyman GB has very simple payments scheme. Payment in full on completion of work (or regular payments for ongoing work such as key-holding). Please pay by cash or cheque are the only terms accepted.
2, Please do not ask for credit. Handyman GB has an agreement with all the banks. They don't do odd jobs - we don't lend money!
3, Handyman GB will quote all work individually, as we offer a Very good service. For all work, a site visit is essential before a quote, as we never quote blind. Some services, such as key-holder, can be quoted by phone, email or letter.
4, Handyman GB reserves the right to request a deposit of 30% of the contract price at the start of work, this will be particularly relevant when the Handyman GB is required to purchase materials on behalf of the customer
5, Handyman GB will always clear and tidy the work area on completion, however removal of any rubbish will incur additional charges. (As a trade organization Handyman GB is charged for rubbish disposal at the local recycling centre).
6, Material costs given on quotes are always an estimate AND MAY INCLUDE 25% HANDLE FEE;
availability issues may mean a higher price needs to be charged. Where requested Handyman GB will provide copy receipts for all materials bought on behalf of the customer.
